Where this is lower than the scheduled charge, we will reduce the charge accordingly. Notice is measured from when your email reaches us to the booked workshop start time, using Amsterdam local time. We will confirm receipt; a delay in our reply does not change your notice period. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eReplacement participants and fewer participants\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eYou may send another eligible participant in your place at no additional charge. Please email us their name and any dietary requirements beforehand. The cancellation schedule applies to each cancelled place if your group becomes smaller. A family ticket is treated as one booked place.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eChanges to your booking\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eRequests to change the date, start time, workshop format or number of items made require our written agreement. Custom arrangements and different prices must be agreed before booking. If we agree to your request to make fewer items, shorten your participation or omit part of the booked experience, the booked price remains payable and no partial refund is due for that voluntary change. This does not affect your rights if PieCraft fails to provide the agreed service.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDate transfers are subject to availability and our written agreement.
