Chocolate Custard Raspberry Pie

Our baked chocolate custard pie is richly decadent with an intense chocolate flavour that every chocolate lover will enjoy, even the non chocolate fans!   It's perfect in its simplicity.  The custard is made with cream, milk, eggs, dark brown sugar, and 70% Peruvian chocolate from Amsterdam based De Chocolate Makers.  We amplify the chocolate by baking the filling in our new chocolate vegan pie crust.  We compliment the smooth and creamy custard with a layer of fresh raspberry conserve that is both tart and sweet, made with fresh raspberries, sugar, and vanilla cooked down to a jammy consistency.  Finally topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, you just need restraint to wait until dessert to dive in.
