The strawberry rhubarb pie is excellent! This was a surprise pie for my husbands birthday and he was over the moon. We had the pie for dessert and breakfast the next day. The crust is delicious is the balance between sweet and the tart rhubarb is perfect!! Thank you PieCraft!!
