Local Bicycle Delivery in Amsterdam

We offer local bicycle delivery within Amsterdam for €10, Wednesday through Saturday.

  • Usual delivery window: 14:00–17:00.
  • Timing: This is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed appointment time.
  • Order deadline: Please place and pay for your bicycle-delivery order at least 24 hours in advance—no later than the day before delivery.
  • Custom delivery: If you need another delivery day or time, message us before ordering. Custom arrangements may be possible, subject to availability and confirmation from PieCraft.
  • Receiving your order: Please make sure someone is available. If no one can receive the order, it is not automatically refundable and an additional delivery charge may apply if redelivery is possible.

UPS Express Shipping

We pack every order by hand with protective inserts and cooling where needed. Some products are shipped frozen to help preserve freshness and stability during transit. They thaw naturally in a few hours and are ready to enjoy the same day.

  • We use sturdy double-wall boxes marked “Perishable” and “This Side Up”.
  • Selected products are shipped via UPS Express for next-day delivery from the shipping day.
  • UPS deliveries are available Wednesday through Saturday. Select your preferred delivery date using our date picker.
  • Please order at least 48 hours in advance.

UPS handling

UPS Express does not guarantee package orientation or fragile handling. PieCraft Bakery is not responsible for carrier delays, handling issues or minor cosmetic movement, such as icing touching the lid. If an order arrives severely damaged or inedible, contact us within 24 hours and include photographs so we can review the issue and, where applicable, file a claim with UPS.

Pickup

  • Pickup times: Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00–16:00.
  • Tuesday pickup may be possible by prior arrangement. Please message us before ordering and wait for confirmation.

In-store

Visit us during opening hours to see our rotating selection of daily specials.

Products and storage

  • Vegan and traditional options are identified on the relevant product pages.
  • Product pages contain available ingredient, allergen and storage information.
  • Many products are freezer-stable for up to three months. Check the product label and best-before date, and follow the thawing or heating instructions.
