Local Deliveries

- **Amsterdam-outside perimeter area:
- Deliveries every Saturday for just €9.95.
- Free delivery on orders above €100.
- Text notifications with expected time of arrival.

📦 Delivery Policy

We want your pastries to arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left our ovens. That’s why we:

    •    Pack every order by hand with protective inserts and cooling where needed.
    •    Some products are shipped frozen to guarantee freshness and stability during transit. They thaw naturally in a few hours and are ready to enjoy the same day.
    •    Use sturdy double-wall boxes marked with Perishable and This Side Up.
    •    Ship via UPS Express for reliable, next-day delivery (from shipping day).

UPS Handling

Please note: UPS Express does not guarantee orientation or fragile handling. By placing an order, you agree that PieCraft Bakery is not liable for delays, handling issues, or minor cosmetic shifts (such as icing touching the lid). If your package arrives severely damaged or inedible, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review the issue and file a claim with UPS if applicable.

Shipping Schedule

     •    Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are packed and shipped the following business day (for example, order by 12:00 pm Tuesday, it will ship out Wednesday, and delivered by 10:30 am Thursday morning) 
     •    We ship Tuesday through Friday to avoid weekend delays.

- **Pickup Times**:
- Available Wednesday to Saturday, 10:00-16:00.
- Select your pickup window for the best experience during checkout.

- Walk in during opening hours to try our daily specials and see what's new!

#### Product Options and Storage

- **Variety**:
- Both vegan and traditional options available as noted on each product page. 
- You can find detailed product information such as nutritional info and allergens.

- **Storage**:
- Our products are freezer-stable for up to three months. Check labels for the best before date (THT) to ensure the best experience.
- Follow label instructions for thawing and/or heating for the most delicious pastries.
