Our vegan pie dough is baked until crisp and golden brown, then we brush melted white chocolate so our shell remains crispy. A generous filling of creamy, golden lemon curd from fresh squeezed juice is added. Please note, we add a dash of passionfruit purée for that additional spunk and mystery.
