We add a layer of little crispy chocolate cookies with bits of poppy seeds and almond flour enrobed in melted chocolate. Piled high with with softly whipped cream and delicate chocolate shavings, this pie makes the most decadent centerpiece at your holiday table.  Eating this pie makes us happy and hope you will love it too!
