To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, untouched or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Delivery & Shipping
Once we have fullfilled your order (Shipping only), its in the hands of our courier service Vers&Fijn, please make sure you check the track&Trace email for expected time of arrival (sent day before) and make sure you are present to recieve the package. It will not be left by the door. You have the option to notify the driver with any special requests! Therefore:
In case you missed the delivery attempt by our courier service Vers&Fijn, refunds are not eligible. And delivery will be attempted again the following business day.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In our shipping policy, please ensure the correct delivery address, contact number (both payer and recipient), and email address (recipient). You will receive an email with specific delivery times according to our courier. You must be present to receive your order OR ensure that someone will be available to receive your item. Please remember our products are fresh and need strict storing conditions. Our courier will make a reasonable number of attempts to deliver but if they cannot contact you by phone, refused at the time of delivery, or unable to deliver at the time specified, we will not provide refunds. It is the customers responsibility to be available to receive all items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your photo's and inspected your complaint, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
