We deliver every Saterday throughout the Amsterdam region.
Orders must be completed and paid by Thursday before midnight to garuantee delivery.
Shipping times are from 8:00 - 18:00 every Saturday.
On day of delivery, you will receive an text message with estimated time of delivery.
To ensure timely delivery of products, please provide the following:

In our shipping policy, please ensure the correct delivery address, contact number (both customer and recipient), and email address (recipient). You will receive a text message with estimated time of delivery. You MUST be present to receive your order OR ensure that someone will be available to receive your item. Please remember our products are fresh and need strict storing conditions. Our courier will make a reasonable number of attempts to deliver but if they cannot contact you by phone, refused at the time of delivery, or unable to deliver at the time specified, we will not provide refunds. It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive all items.
