The workshop has so much valuable information. Before I was never able to get the process right and achieve the right flavor. I have been making my own kimchi now after the workshop and achieve great results every time.

I’m so sorry to say. It might be inpolite. But there was next to the cherrys an the beautiful flaky bottom, a funny, cant bring it home taste. But not oke.It was a nasty. Im sorry to say so.
